Since launching in February of 2013, Sugar and Spikes has made a lot of noise in the fashion world. Owner and founder, Stephanie Alonso, is quickly becoming someone to keep an eye on in the fashion industry. She was born and raised in Miami, FL but is currently living in Brooklyn, NY with only 22 years of age and studying towards her degree in fashion merchandising. When Stephanie created Sugar and Spikes she wanted to make sure she was creating something different. Sugar and Spikes offers the consumer custom work, unique vintage, stylish thrift items that are reworked and up-cycled, eliminating mass production anyway that they can. Sugar and Spikes has recently released the SUGAR brand, which consist of beanies, shirts, and tank tops, for now. All their items are available for purchase online.
